CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) keeps blood flowing to the brain. If untrained, perform 'Hands-Only CPR': push hard and fast in the center of the chest to the beat of 'Staying Alive' (100-120 compressions per minute).

If they are breathing and talking, stay calm; it will likely pass through the stool. If they are coughing, wheezing, or can't swallow, go to the ER immediately for an X-ray.
