In moderation, Ghee is a healthy fat. It contains fat-soluble vitamins. The problem arises with *excess* consumption and a sedentary lifestyle. It is much better than 'Vanaspati' or trans-fats.

No. While Curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties, it cannot kill a serious bacterial infection. It is a great *supplement* but should never replace a prescribed antibiotic.

No. The 'fontanelles' close based on brain growth and genetics. Gentle massage is fine and helps with bonding, but it does not affect the timing of the skull bones fusing.

No. Shaving cuts the hair at the thickest part of the shaft, making the regrowth *feel* coarser, but it does not change the thickness, color, or rate of hair growth.

Can 'Diabetes' be cured by walking barefoot on grass?

No. While walking is great exercise, 'absorbing dew' or grass contact does not lower blood sugar. Diabetics must also be careful with barefoot walking to avoid foot injuries that heal slowly.

There is no scientific proof that rice is 'cold-natured' (Thanda) or produces more mucus. If you are sick, warm, easily digestible foods like Khichdi (made with rice) are actually recommended.
