It is a graph that tracks your health metrics (BP, Sugar, Weight) over months. This helps doctors see patterns rather than a single 'one-off' reading during a clinic visit.

How do 'Smartwatches' track heart rate?
Created by Simran Kaur (9 months ago) They use 'Photoplethysmography' (PPG)—green LED lights that detect blood volume changes in your wrist. While great for trends, they are not a substitute for a medical-grade ECG.

How is my 'Data Privacy' handled on the app?
Created by Arjun Verma (9 months ago) We use end-to-end encryption (AES-256) for all medical records. Your data is stored on secure, local Indian servers and is never shared without your explicit consent.

Can AI diagnose my symptoms correctly?
Created by Ishaan Joshi (9 months ago) Our AI 'Symptom Checker' is a triage tool. It analyzes your inputs to suggest the *likely* cause and the level of urgency, but it should always be confirmed by a human doctor.

Can I sync my 'Apple Health' or 'Google Fit' with the app?
Created by Harpreet Singh (9 months ago) Yes. You can sync your steps, sleep data, and heart rate directly into your Aarogyaa Bharat profile to give your doctor a holistic view of your lifestyle.
